Thanks for using our product and services (“Services”). The product (Tuli Educational learning App) is provided by Tutorspoint Educational consult the parent company of Tuli App produces a learning App, located at (19, Anite Crescent, Off Okota Road, Isolo, Lagos State, Nigeria).
By using our product and services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”). Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using our App.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this platform  www.wetuli.com (“Website”), including any mobile applications, web applications, affiliated websites, and services (the “Platform”) operated by Tutorspoint Educational Consult, the parent company that produces Tuli Learning App. (hereinafter referred to as “Tuli”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”). Please read these Terms before using or continuing to use this Platform. Do not agree to the Terms unless you fully understand and accept each provision. By using or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and represent that you understand, agree, and accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms and conditions, and agree to comply and be bound by same.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue to use or access the Platform.

Terminology

The term “you” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” shall refer to you, (Clients, Students, or any person or entity who views, uses, accesses, browses, or submits any data, content, or material to the learning platform and CBT exam portal and accepting the company’s terms and conditions. “We” and “Us” refers to our company. “Party” or “Parties” refers to both the clients and ourselves or either the clients or ourselves. The term “CBT”, means Computer Based Test; “JAMB” means Joint Admission Matriculation Board; the term “UTME” means Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination; the term “SAT” means Scholastic Assessment Test, the term “GRE” means Graduate Record Examination, the term “WAEC” means West Africa Examination Council; the term “GMAT” means Graduate Management Admission Test; the term “TOEFL” means The Test of English as a Foreign Language.
 
1. General Terms

Tutorspoint Educational Consult provides this learning platform to users, students, individuals, schools, learning centers, government, educational institutes, representatives of a group of people, and businesses, seeking e-learning and exam preparatory service (“Clients”, “Students”). These Terms are entered into by and between Tutorspoint Educational Consult and you, and you accept them by (a) subscribing for codes to unlock all the content in the learning App on the part of students, and conducting the CBT exam on the App on the part of a learning center, schools, and educational institute; (b) submitting your phone number, your name, sex to register on the learning App; (c) using and continuing to use the Platform in any other manner; and/or using App to conduct different CBT exam.

The Platform

To the extent that anyone or anything associated with this learning platform and exams portal for conducting CBT is in conflict or inconsistent with these Terms, the Terms shall prevail. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid by any individual, organization, school, law, or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, such provision will be replaced with a new provision that reflects and accomplishes Our original business purpose and goal, such new provision to immediately become effective, and the other provisions of the Terms, not replaced will remain in full force and effect.

2. Services

This App offers a dynamic learning platform for students and anyone preparing to study for any exam and take CBT Practice tests either WAEC, UTME, SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, etc. The App contains detailed key learning notes for all JAMB/UTME subjects, with multiple solved questions for study practice. It also contains other features, such as a review of all UTME/JAMB literature books (both English and Lit. In English) summary with questions and answers. UTME/JAMB CBT exam practice with instant detailed solutions to all practice test questions and topic by topic Practice test questions for all subjects’ topics. It also features a CBT exam portal designed for schools, learning centers, and educational institutes to conduct any CBT exam for their students. Conclusively, it features a learning activities performance tracker and Text to speech features (audio learning of subjects) for adaptive learning.
Tutorspoint Educational Consult (provider of the “Tuli” App) controls and operates the Platform from various locations in Nigeria and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations outside Nigeria. Thus, the services may not be available in your location if outside Nigeria but may be available in the nearest future to which we will communicate this and update our terms to the users



3. Learning Integrity

You acknowledge and agree that Tutorspoint Educational Services (‘Tuli App”) are provided to facilitate learning for students to achieve better grades in their academics and that the services shall not in any way be used for cheating or other fraudulent activities.
You agree not to use the App for mischievous purposes other than the learning purpose for which this App is designed.
You agree not to use Tutorspoint Educational Services (‘Tuli App”) for any purpose that violates the learning integrity policy or other conduct policies of your school, university, educational institution, or place of learning. Similarly, parents and/or guardians agree not to facilitate the use of Tutorspoint Educational Services (‘Tuli App”) on behalf of their children or ward for any purpose that violates the learning integrity policy

4. Your Duty and Conduct

In consideration of your use of the Platform, you agree: (a) that you are of legal age and can agree to these Terms (b) to provide accurate, current, and complete information about you as may be prompted by a registration form on the Platform (“Registration Data”; ( c ) to maintain the security of your password and identification; and (d) for learning centers, schools, and educational institution, agrees to upload only educational content such as only exam questions to use the platform to conduct CBT exam for your students. All data uploaded on this platform are stored in Google secured cloud;

5. Terms of Transacting Business

You are required to pay a subscription fee which is valid for 3 months for each code purchased. A code after the purchase is valid for 3 months and subject to renewal. If you refused to renew, you will be denied access to continue to use the full service of the App, except for some free content that is accessible on the App that requires no payment to use.

6. Text message notifications

Users may receive text message notifications after inputting their phone number for an OTP code to complete a first-time registration on the App.
7. Intellectual property rights
You are not required to download, or screenshot all the educational content provided in the learning App, nor transmit data from the App to another place. All intellectual property of this App belongs to Tutorspoint Educational Consult and hence, cannot be reproduced for any other purposes. No individual is permitted under any circumstances to use the content of this App or the exam portal provided by this App to conduct CBT exams for any other purposes other than for testing their students. Tutorspoint Educational Consult reserves the right to delete a school, learning center, or educational institution that uses this App, or the platform provided to them by this App for other things other than conducting a CBT exam.

Using our Service

You must follow any policy made available to you within the services. Do not misuse our services. For example don’t interfere with the content provided for you in the App or try to transfer, copy or screenshot any content or study material in the App.
Using our service does not give you the right of ownership of any intellectual property right or the content that you access in the App.
